The roommates are all kick-back college kids who are studious, work and play (run, hike, weight-lifting, drumming, wakeboarding, photography, anything fun). The house has dishwashers and laundry and all that. Utilities are split to include food, ac, heat, water, electricity, cable, internet, phone, and trash
