I have a room available in Cherryville, NC which is a waterfront property on John Moss Lake. Smoker okay (outside only), no pets (as I have a dog and a cat already, no drugs or alcohol.) Prefer older, professional person who is employed -- or will consider some outside yard work in exchange for rent. Amount of work would determine how much rent is reduced. Our house is generally very quiet and this is a wonderful neighborhood with great neighbors. We are about 30 minutes or so from CLT airport.
