Rent includes all house privileges. Please no dogs. Cats and caged animals/ birds are ok! Three adults and 3 dogs live here. If you like to garden, cook, play an instrument..you are our guest! House looks like an Edgar Allan Poe resort all year long! I do require a background check that I will pay for.
