I have a townhome in W.Des Moines. New renter would have the large bedroom with att bathroom and walk in closet. Access to the garage would be occasionally. Other times parking in the driveway. There is a full size bed and a tv already in the room so you wouldn't need to move your furniture. It's move in ready. My roommate recently moved out of state and I am looking for someone to share expenses. Would like someone in the age range of 20 to 30. No pets. Either male or female is fine.
