Well, my needs are pretty simple, i just need a room with a door that locks on it, ill help pay rent, i currently am employed so that shouldnt be any problem as long as its within my budget... definitely a smoker, so it would be best if i lived with another smoker (just a matter of preference, not a real necessity)
