i am a single male i have 2 kids that live with me and 1 that comes to visit on weekends. I have 1 roommate, there are 2 dogs and 1 cat in the household, however the cat will be leaving in about 2 weeks and 1 dog will probably be leaving around february. The room is on the upper leave of the house. it has 2 closets 1 is a walkin closet and there is a storage area in the room. the room is rather big almost like a studio apartment. All utilities included.
