it is out in the country very quite ,clean has a big yard nice place to take walks in sit on porch ,there are two bedrooms to pick from bath room right next to bedroom..i have pets here and if you have a little pet that will be ok.you share ele. cable you have washer in dryer to use kitchen use. it is a dobble wide very well kept up and if you need help i am also a cna retired
