The apartment has a PERFECT layout for a roommate situation - two master suites each with their own private bath and plenty of closet space. I have a wonderfully behaved 5 year old chocolate lab who is just a big baby and a great companion. Must be dog friendly! Very close to 28 and Dulles Airport. Rent will be $948. Split utilities 50/50. I'm an active person who enjoys working out, relaxing and quiet.
