A house on the SE side of Des Moines. There are 3 bdrms, 2 up & 1 down. There is a full bathroom up and a 3/4 bathroom down. The space I am renting would be the bedroom downstairs. It is a large room, about the same size as the master upstairs (maybe even a little bigger). There is also a living room downstairs that would be "your space". There is a laundry room downstairs that would be for both of our uses. Kitchen & dining room upstairs -shared space. Also another livingroom upstairs.
