It's a really cute house, on a quiet circle, good neighborhood, 5 minutes away from Wesleyan, 10 minutes from SCC, and is super close to a direct route to UNL. There are two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living room and dining room on the first floor, and a fully finished basement with living area, laundry room, bathroom, and master bedroom. The backyard is pretty (it has a pond!) and the front yard is very neat and tidy. Not much mowing required, which would be done by me anyway.
