My name is Marc and I'm 46. I'm alone in a 3br/2bth house.large deck surrounding front half of house. Good sized yard mostly fenced in. Located off the road a ways (good for dogs). All hardwood floors. All appliances furnished. I work in Little Rock (leave around 5:30am til about 5pm M-F.i have a potty trained dog labradoodle). No drama. I work, shop, and go home. I was splitting rent with my mom while taking care of her 79 w/ althzheimers, but eventually had to put her in assisted living.
