My best friend is currently moving out and moving in with her boyfriend, so there’s now an empty bedroom available. Rent is $600 split, utilities aren’t included. I’m just looking for someone who would rent for a year, preferably my age, starting august 7th this year. There’s no TV, however I have a projector instead.
