Hi, I just purchased a house on Lady's island and am looking to rent one of the bedrooms out. Room would include primarily exclusive use of guest bathroom, unless guests are over. Garage is available for extra storage. One room is furnished, one is not, you are welcome to use either. I have two small dogs, 13 years.
