The room measures 17 foot by 10 foot. The washer/dryer are located in the room available, since the washer/dryer will be in your room we would have to discuss arrangements in terms of laundry. Rent, including utilities, will be about $400 depending on usage of gas, electric & water bill. I request that bills are divided evenly between all working adults in the household. Other arrangements can be made as well, I am flexible. Free cable is also available including a DVR cable box, internet (Wifi)
