I have an extra room with a built in desk and a walk in closet near hall bath with utilities paid/nice yard and driveway parking. I have wifi but no cable. I do have a roku that has access to many channels. I work from home at the time, I am looking for a responsible, trustworthy, tidy individual to rent to. The room is not furnished but I have a few items like a lamp /bookshelf/ vanity/ air mattress if you need to use them temporarily. I have 1 small sweet shitzu who is doggie door trained.
