I recently moved from Minnesota, into a 3 bedroom apartment, I have 2 children, I don't smoke, and prefer a non smoker. The apartment is completely furnished except available bedroom, could neg. rent for some babysitting, was thinking on taking a night position in my medical field, but would just need a warm body to sleep at home at night in case of emergency for my children 7 and 9 I am also a collage student, this would be a great fit for a first time student leaving home.
