Hello! My name is Matt and i currently have 3 rooms available in my 4 room house. It is located in Brea just one exit away from the mall and downtown off the 57 freeway. It has a patio, washer/dryer, dishwasher (because washing by hand sucks!), and i just replaced all the carpets upstairs and put in wood downstairs. And for those hot days...i have AC and there is a community pool less than 2 minutes walking :) Move in is Available Nov 1st @$700 before utilities. I am 23 and work in Manh
