There are 3 of us living here (2 guys and 1 girl) and 3 cats. Rentis $300 a month + 1/4 utilities which usually ranges from $100 in the cold months and $60 when its warmer. We are okay with animals as long as they get along with our cats. Also, smokers are okay just along as you do it outside. We have a washer and dryer in the basement and there is off-street as well as plenty of street parking. The room is unfurnished. Family neighborhood. One grad student and 2 alumni.
