The place comes furnished. However, anything you need to bring in is ok. Your bedroom is a decent size with a closet, but not furnished (unless you prefer a smaller bed and didn't want to bring your own). The house is very nice and located a few blocks from the beach. Also, a few minute drive from Borgata and Harrah's casinos. You would be sharing the 2nd bathroom with the other female roommate. I am a male 25, roommate is a female 22. We are drama free and respectful.
