MegLav : 24 yr old Female
Small cozy 2 bedroom, newly renovated. I am a 24 year old female professional. I have not signed the lease yet as I would like to make sure I have a roommate first. The rent is $975 split between both of us. The landlords are a great couple, very helpful! They take care of water and do snow removal. Apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, has a huge yard along the river. Please let me know if you are interested as I have to let the landlords know if we would like to take it ASAP!
