Victorian built in 1905. Lots of character, but still needs some work. I am willing to trade a portion of rent for help remodeling. I have two rooms to choose from. One is smaller and I am asking $300 for that room. The other is larger, has cable and phone jacks and could easily be changed to have a separate phone line. I am asking $400 for that room. Both include utilities, except long-distance phone calls.
