I have 1 cat and I am a female medical student that will be at the U of I hospital frequently. I am generally laid back about cleanliness. I dislike messes if it seems unsanitary, (such as old food left out) but otherwise don't care. I am a relatively light sleeper, and do not want any partying going on generally. I would prefer female roommates, but do consider males.
