Smoking must be done outside per the landlords lease. The lease goes from July 15th 2022, to May 28th 2023. Although as the fourth you could move in on August 1st if need be. The landlord askes for a two month security deposit that you will get back at the end of the lease if there are no damages done that warrant its entire use. There is parking.
