I own a 3/2 in West Mobile at Townsquare at Copperfield. My roommate recently moved out, so I'm looking for a new one. Ideally, I would like someone to pay $400/month. The rooms are on separate ends of the house and you would have your own full bath/shower. I just want a non-crazy, easy to live with guy OR girl to hold up their end of the rent. I'm easy to live with, and the house stays pretty clean.
