It is a very large lot with a private wooded back yard. Only a few houses on this dead end that are all firends of mine. Firepit and Grill in the back yard with a covered porch, great for BBQ's. The house is fully firnished and is extra clean. There is also a spare room for storage in the closet or for a guest to spend the night.
