I was recently offered a year round position at the Vail Ritz Carlton. I'm hoping to accept the opportunity, if I can find housing. I need to provide the Ritz with an answer by Jan. 3. About myself: I'm single, a non-smoker, I rarely drink, and I'm tidy. I'm seeking a month-to-month lease. I'm hoping to leave Vail at some point during the year for a Ph.D or to enter my Masters degree field. I want the flexibility of leaving without losing my deposit.
