I have a three bedroom, two full bathroom, two story townhouse in Fruita. I'm just off Hwy6&50, and about two miles from the interstate. The home is in a super nice neighborhood, quarter mile from the highschool. One and a half miles from downtown Fruita! I'm looking to rent one of the upstairs bedrooms. It has a spacious closet, there is a private full bath, and a loft area. The washer and dryer are also upstairs. My bedroom is located off the kitchen downstairs, so there's plenty of privacy!
