Cost Includes utilities (water/trash/sewer/gas/electric), TV and Hulu-Netflix-Amazon Prime, WiFi, garage parking space, private entrance. We live upstairs and have two Italian Greyhound dogs who are active in the morning, and three Amazon parrots who are vocal in the morning (sometimes) and evenings. Absolutely no smoking.
