This is a small bedroom that I am wanting to rent out. You will have access to the rest of the house with us to relax and share. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and our house backs up against a park so it's semi private. You MUST be an animal lover because we have both cats and dogs. The house IS clean. You would be responsible for your food/cooking which we can discuss later. I go outside to smoke and if you are a smoker prefer you to do the same. LIGHT drinker is ok. NO drugs.
