Hi there! I am looking to move out before the start of spring semester 2021. I currently have the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and master bath in a townhouse. The townhouse in total has three bedrooms, two of which are already accommodated by two girls in their late 20's, early 30's. I am ideally looking for a responsible grad student or young professional, but can negotiate. Electric and internet would be worked out with roommates. Townhouse is located close to the walking path to UI.
