I am on the border of St Pete/Gulfport so I am 5 minutes from Gulfport Beach and less than 10 minutes from I-275. This is the master bedroom which is like the size of an efficiency apt with a walk in closet and enough room to create your own living room on top of having room for your bedroom set. There is three bedrooms but one is empty so we can negotiate how to use it. Since you will be responsible for 1/2 the house bills the water/sewage/trash is usually been around 139, the electric varies and I have Spectrum with high speed wi fi and pretty much most of the channels so feel free to bring a smart tv if you have one and your half is 124 of that. Also.I am big on a house group text so anything related to bills/receipts/house questions suggestions will be sent there.
