I have a roommate now but he will be moving out of the state at the end of the month. This is a two story house that has been split into twe seperate residences. My lanlord lives above me but he is totally cool. He built this house less than two years ago so as you might suspect it's practiclly brand new. There is a large yard, a bus line just one block away that takes you directly to downtown in just 15 min, 1-5 and 99 are just 5 minutes away. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are furnished.
