The house is two story passive/solar with brick floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs on a wooded lot. I have a friendly black lab mix and two kittens. I have a dishwasher, wood-burning stove, cable, DSL, and washer/dryer. I am a smoker, but don't mind keeping it mostly outside. Rent is $350 + 1/3 utilities. Also the option of having both bedrooms & large private bath for $520 + 1/2 utilities.
