I'm retired US Army. I have a beautiful home in Ewa Beach and I live by myself. I don't smoke and rarely party. I do have friends over but in the weekends only. $1500 includes the rent and all utilities (water, electric and wifi). It is a new neighborhood with lots of parking. I also have storage space in the garage! I'm looking for responsible folks because most of the time I'm away travelling.
