My place is at 1004 West Main St., about 3 min walk from the engineering campus and Gold and Silver MTD lines. The APT is fully furnished with washing machine, drier, microwave, wifi, and TV. The rent is $530/person plus $30~60/person for electricity, water, and insurance. The lease will start from August 2020. I don't think the APT allows pets... I am a graduate student in ACES. I am usually quiet and cook a lot. I rarely have people over and like to keep the place clean.
