My place is a 2 bed, 2 bath house on Mcafina, a fairly quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. There is cable, a wood-burning fireplace, appliances, and a furnished livingroom/dining area. A couch in the living room folds out to serve as a guest bed. You are responsible for furnishing your room/bathroom, and painting your room (NOT the bathroom, as it will serve as a guest bathroom as well) if desired. A contract must be signed and accepted before Jan. 1, 2007. Free maintainance by owner.
