I'm a college student at Edinboro University. I was getting a trailer with a friend who backed out. It's about 5-10 minutes from campus. It has a large front yard and is located in a very nice trailer park. It has just been renovated so a lot of t is brand new. It has nice hardwood floors and an island in the kitchen. It is 2 bed 2 bath and comes unfurnished but I have some things for the living room. Rent is $725 divided by the 2 of us. Some utilities are our responsibility.
