I just need an inexpensive place to live for the next year while I work in Yankton and start my master's degree in Vermillion. I have a girlfriend in Yankton who is a Senior at Mount Marty College who will be over occasionally. Looking for adequate size and an available cook-worthy kitchen. Can do my own chores such as cooking, cleaning, taking out the garbage, mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, etc. $250 and less for rent is preferred and other roommates are fine.
