We are empty nesters with the large master bedroom and bathroom upstairs and hate to see it empty. ps my grown daughter had king bed, couch, coffee table, desk and 2 dressers ( I say this to say large room) You would have use of kitchen and laundry room There is a living room upstairs outside the master bedroom with TV This is a perfect place for someone to have their own space and save money. :) The 500.00 a month includes all utilities and wifi
