My friend and I own a 4 bedroom house in Bentonville and we are renting out 2 of the bedrooms. 1 will be available in August. There will be 4 guys living here with each having their own bedroom and 2 sharing each bathroom. The renters have access to the kitchen, living room, gym, backyard, laundry room. There is a 2nd refrigerator just for the 2 renters to share. We are very friendly and not very noisy. We work and go about our business. We have a cat in the house. We all keep the house clean.
