Rent is $500 which doesn’t include utilities. We have a bedroom available, my roommate Hannah and I are trying to find another roommate, we prefer someone who’s a girl. Hannah is 18 yrs. old and I’m 20 yrs. old, we both attend at Butte College. We live in the chico area. We’re respectful and considerate of privacy. We do have some expectations when it comes to an equality of cleaning, groceries expenses, and communication which plays a huge role to us :)
