Room is approx 12 x 12 with large closet with new carpet and ceiling fan, only you will use hall bathroom. House is 4brm master on opposite side of other 3 rooms and hall bath. Large fenced yard with security alarm. Rent includes wifi, all utilities, room has a dresser and night stand, I have a bed in storage if needed. Use of in house laundry, sorry garage is off limits. No pets. My son and daughter-in-law live there. House is very clean, they just moved in and both work, schedule varies.
