A limited use of kitchen, family room and yard can be negotiated. Utilities such as electricity, water, and garbage included. I am retired and my wife works full time. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs, which is occupied by a couple (my daughter, son-in-law, and a quiet dog). We are located in a very convenient location.
