I have a small room to rent to one single person. Preferably male but not necessary. Must be able to do dishes as I am a disabled woman who cannot for health reasons do them myself. Kitchen, bathroom and livingroom are shared space and I smoke so must be able to tolerate my smoking indoors. No overnight guests and no pets unless it is a goldfish or Betta in which case it is of no matter to me. No water -filled furniture and you will have to go to a laundromat until I can have them installed.
