potch1 : 78 yr old Male
I have a furnished townhouse near 694 & Lexington. I spend most of winter in TX and most of summer at lake in WS. I am at the townhouse about 2 weeks in spring and 2 weeks in the fall. I come in to do do laundry check mail, make any repairs and usually give roommate a heads up when I'm coming in. I've been doing this since I retired 12 years ago. Roommate would have master bedroom. It has 2 cartick under garage. SE exposure, deck, finished rec room,gas fireplace, laundry.
