I have a two story townhome in Williamsburg Village. Perfect location, in walking distance from shands and 1-2 miles from UF campus and downtown. Not far from the mall. I just moved in and need a roommate, as soon as possible. I do not smoke inside the apartment and am very clean. The apartment is fully furnished, couches, table, dishes, pots and pans, etc. All you would need is your own bedroom set. The room for rent has a walk in closet with a built in book shelf. It has it's own entrance.
