I have a room for rent In my house in Broken Arrow. It’s a 3 bedroom/2 bath house. About 1,600 sq ft. I have a large Black & White Newfoundland dog that’s about 16 months old (so still a puppy). I also have a cat but she stays in my room currently. The bedroom is at the end of the hall next to the hall bath. asking $500/mo for a 12 month lease. I’m pretty quiet, work, volunteer, gym, church, etc. I don’t smoke. Would prefer you the same. No overnight guests.
