i live in an apt complex called dominion at walnut creek. the apt is downstairs away from the parking lot, it's also real quiet in this building. it's a two minute walk from lake johnson, they also upkeep the property regularly and spray for bugs often. i have the apt furnished, just not the other bedroom. everything is in great working order, the plumbing is great. i have yet to use the fireplace due to the heat. i use my cell phone so all the apt is lacking is a phone.
