I am a 41 yr. old carpenter with a slight physical disability and am currently attending college in Indianapolis to retrain for a less physically demanding job. I am looking for a quiet clean room to rent, possibly for the next 2 yrs., while I am attending school. I have a 16 yr. old daughter who may visit or stay the night occasionally. I am clean quiet and respectfull of others. I would like to rent a place by Aug. 24th or soon thereafter.
