I'm a teacher on sabbatical. I have a 10yo dog who naps a lot. The HOA only allows 1 pet/unit, so I'm looking for a roommate who loves animals (especially dogs) but doesn’t have pets of their own at this time. The condo is in Holiday Hills, only a few minutes drive to the TART trail and several beaches. It is a quiet end unit with a porch, 2bdrms (1 is mine), 1 bath, galley kitchen, and large living/dining room. The ideal roomie will share expenses and household chores (vacuum, dishes, etc).
